Erin Akey has used her bariatric surgery as a tool to not only lose weight, but to maintain a healthy lifestyle and good eating habits, as well as become a runner.

Erin is a Certified Personal Trainer, Water Fitness Instructor, Fitness Nutrition Coach, and Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist.

It is her passion to help others as they embark on the life-changing journey of bariatric surgery to not only be sucessful for a year or two, but for life.

Whether your goal is to become healthier and to start a regular exercise routine, or to become a bariatric runner, she and her team can help you get there! Unlike many who work with bariatric patients, but have never been through the experience of weight-loss surgery, Erin has been there and seen and experienced the struggles.

Erin is also the host of a weekly radio show on WAVH, FM TALK 106.5 called "Fit Living".  You can tune in each week on Sundays at 7pm central or listen live online at www.fmtalk1065.com
